In that case, and that case only, BankOwnedBids.com would charge your credit card a $375 Default Fee.
BankOwnedBids.com will not sell your information to outside parties. Your registration information will be used to verify a valid credit card with an outside merchant services firm. If you are working with an agent, your bidding/transaction information may be shared with them if they have registered you as a client on bankownedbids.com.
We may collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources: - Information we receive from you, such as on applications or other forms
- Information about your transactions we secure from our files, or from our affiliates or others.
- Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency.
- Information we receive from others involved in your transaction, such as real estate agents, brokers, loan officers, or lenders.
Unless it is specifically stated otherwise in an amended Privacy Policy Notice, no additional nonpublic personal information about you will be collected.

If you are represented by a buyer’s agent, you will, however, need to share your email address with your representative. That is needed to match your bid to your agent and ensure that he/she can collect commission from the Seller at closing.
