THE AUCTION PROCESS STEP 1 - Search for a Property Search through our listings for the property of your choice. Complete a detailed search based on city, # of Bed, # Baths, and type. You'll be able to view detailed information on each property as well as photos and the start and end time of the auction. STEP 2 - Complete your Due Diligence The buyer is expected to inspect the property and complete due diligence before bidding. To gain access to a property, the buyer must contact the listing agent for an appointment. The listing agent information is on the property detail page. STEP 3 - Register to Bid Click on "Register" to set up an account. There is no charge for registration. You'll be prompted to enter a credit card number to verify that you are of legal age to purchase property (no charge will be applied to the card for registration). After you create a user name and profile you'll be all set to place a bid on the property of your choice. STEP 4 - Place your Bid! The last step is to place your bid. From the property page click on "Bid Now." A screen will appear and you'll be able to enter a bid based on the increments that are offered. After you enter your desired bid, click on "Place Bid." If successful, you'll see your user name and the amount you entered next to "High Bidder." Good luck and happy bidding!
